1973-2022 John Franklin Nester, 49, of Charleston, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Johns working career was in many different fields. He was preceded in death by his mother Kathy Dianne Nester, maternal grandparents Robert and Mae Strickland, and paternal grandmother Margaret Nester. John is survived by his daughter Samantha Nester, granddaughters Olivia and Abigale and grandson Christopher, ex-wife and friend Kimberly Lycans, father Paul Nester, sister Debbie Tinsley, and brother Paul Lee Nester, uncle Frank Nester, Aunts Linda, Patty, and Darlens, and cousins Michael Jones and Melissa Roman.
